You don't have to ask people. I already told you how you can check it. Just visit their Twitter account and you will see that they are recruiting some VIP hosts, social media managers and developers. I believe this is a good sign. Since a casino is hiring people, there is a possibility they are extending your business which is why they need more and more people.
It can be their solid plan for business development or can be a trial that can be stopped in near future. I agree with you that hiring more staffs is positive signal that their business is expanding and perhaps they will improve their platform, release new interesting products, serve their customers better, and perhaps launching some good marketing programs for community to enjoy.
But I would expect them to hire some live support agents and provide a top notch support to their customers. We have seen some complaints regarding their support. It would be great if they focus on improving their support first.
Customer support is important with all business because it brings convenience, comfort and satisfaction to customers. The bottom line is "Customer first" and to make it real, company must have good Customer Support Service for users.
