This Champions League title is an example on the importance of giving enough patience, time and chance to a head coach. Enrique would be fired if it is PSG years ago, or if he works for another club. However, PSG changed their strategy recent years and they put high belief on Enrique, gave him time to finish his work.

It is truly an inspiring story but other clubs can fail and the example is Manchester United with their failures by putting belief on Solskajer and Ten Hag in some seasons together with a lot of money for transfers. Enrique is different and he is able to help a club winning titles even big one like Champions League. With a good head coach, gives him time and support, your club will gain sweet results eventually.

Oppositely, with imcapable head coaches, giving them more time and opportunity means more pain for your club.

While don’t think both of these comparisons aren’t even close to each because of the players, managers and the statue of the club. Firstly Luiz Enrique is not like every other manager that Manchester United have appointed in the past or even, post Sir Alex Ferguson only Jose Mourinho have better in terms of career experience and achievements than him, this was a treble winner with Barcelona before it came here. Also PSG are way ahead and different from Manchester United, PSG have the resources and also the board are ready to support the manager in the transfer window and just back him by giving him more time, we all know how much PSG spent before they got here today as a champions league winner. Will Manchester United have let go of players hindering their progress like the way Enrique instructed PSG to do, I don’t think so because it is same old deadwood’s that Manchester United are recycling around the club.

The pressure again is not the same, any manager coming to Manchester United handles pressure way more than any manager going to a PSG team which haven’t been league champions for a decade now as this also reduces the pressure. Manchester United do not allow a manager to have his pattern been played by bringing in the right players rather they simply dictate the kind of players the club wants due to commercial benefits and asks the manager to twerk his formation to suit them and this throws manager overboard and leads them to failure.

I sincerely support Amorim when he said he cannot ditch the pattern he knows how to play to something he doesn’t know and he is right about this. Manchester United haven’t also supported him the right way because they haven’t signed his kind of players something which is clear already and that’s what Lead to this managers not succeeding
