You don't have to ask people. I already told you how you can check it. Just visit their Twitter account and you will see that they are recruiting some VIP hosts, social media managers and developers. I believe this is a good sign. Since a casino is hiring people, there is a possibility they are extending your business which is why they need more and more people.
But I would expect them to hire some live support agents and provide a top notch support to their customers. We have seen some complaints regarding their support. It would be great if they focus on improving their support first.
The live support really is something that should be worked on, that's true. Guess they are still at the beginning, a bit trying to figure things out. Obviously support is a very important factor to make players happy. Yesterday I also tried to contact them and while it said it's waiting for an operator and it should take some minutes, 5 hours later there still wasn't a reply in the chat or via email. Sent something again and finally got to speak with somebody after some minutes and he also explained that support wise they are still working on it.
It is important to emphasize this here, so that the representative can take the complaints to the team. The team should respond quickly to adjust this. But I believe that they have been observing this issue since the beginning of the project, and everything should soon be corrected and improved.
