They should have a plan why they come back to crypto market when its boring. They can offers a new promotion kind to their old members here while they running the campaign again. But this time, the competition between casinos will not easy as many new players come here and have their own target. But I am sure they will not have a problem reminded that they have experienced before while @Zwei come back as their manager.
The crypto market being boring has nothing to do with a gambling casino, their business does not depend on the situation of the crypto market or does it? I am it very sure it does.
And besides, the market isn't generally boring as you both have thought and said, if you are bored with the current market conditions, then it ultimately depends totally on what you are holding, even some Altcoins are currently making some nice moves as many of us can see..
But still, I believe the gambling casino business doesn't depend on the condition of the crypto market, a casino can start or resume marketing of their product and services any time they choose so long as they have the money for it.
