Not sure if we can discussed about his situation, as far as we know he has a lot of money and businesses in the Philippines. So let's say that he really wanted to box and show that he still has it and give it back to his fans.

There is a recent video of him training with Teo Lopez. And it seems that Teo is enjoying his time with Manny as he has first hand knowledge on how the legend trains. And it was a win win for Manny as the young Teo might feed him energy. And that what Manny is, many young boxers look at him as their inspiration growing up and know they have the time to see him and what it takes to be a 8 division champ.

Yup, Manny has a lot of money, and I think he could not spend it all in his lifetime. The reason he returns to boxing is that he misses the spotlight. When he trains, the camera focuses on him. As you mentioned, Teo Lopez enjoys training with him, and it's not just Teo; many young boxers surround him, which gives him energy.

Two weeks more to go and we will see if Manny still has it to defeat a young boxer in Barrios. So far no movement in the betting odds, Barrios is still the heavy favorites to win this fight.

There is also a funny video of Elie Seckbach a renowned vlogger in the field of boxing and asking Rolly Romero on how many sit-up he did. Elie said that Manny did 3000 per day, 1500 in the morning and 1500 in the afternoon. And Rolly was dumbfounded because he was just doing 500 a day and that he is ok. So I guess that's why separate Manny from other boxers and again he is a legend and so he did a lot of trainings that no other boxer can do maybe except the elite like Floyd. And also Teo Lopez working with him and someone is like hammering his hands with a stick or something to strengthen it. With Manny it's just normal and you can see that there is no pain. But when Lopez try the same training, he winces in pain as you can see in his face.
