There is also a funny video of Elie Seckbach a renowned vlogger in the field of boxing and asking Rolly Romero on how many sit-up he did. Elie said that Manny did 3000 per day, 1500 in the morning and 1500 in the afternoon. And Rolly was dumbfounded because he was just doing 500 a day and that he is ok.
