We can also engage with the government by encouraging fair support regulations and also promote Bitcoins role in financial inclusion.
There is no way the government can be engaged and they would pledge support for decentralization which is the main goal of bitcoin, government would always try to centralize bitcoin and that's the fact. The only help they can render is giving bitcoin a favorable ground in the country and it wouldn't be very easy.

This means nothing when the government has not endorsed it in the country, most businesses would love to welcome bitcoin, but in a country that it is not permitted, the fear of prosecution from the government keeps them grounded.
