We need to separate between personal brand of your skill and personal brand for business.
It's very recommended to build personal brand of your skill because it can't go wrong, you have skill and portfolio, people will trust you.
While personal brand for business, personally I think it's not that good. Let's say Kim Kardashian have her own perfume using her name as the brand, as long as she keep promoting the brand, has no bad history and she still alive, her business will survive. But, what if she no longer promote her product? what if she die? I think her business will slowly die too because people use her product because of
her, not the quality, affordable etc.
Look at small creators on YouTube or TikTok (or our Bitcointalk): some of them turn their hobbies into income, just by building trust with their followers
Nope, users in this forum aren't require to build trust with other users in order to earn. I see many users without positive feedback are participating in signature campaign including myself.
