Professing to stop gambling is not what we can say and expect to take effect as immediately, instead, it requires some procedures in which we may have to go through before things can be in order as we have expected of them, for no reason as well should a responsible gambler think of stopping, because gambling gives its own entertainment and there's much of fun in it than never, which I don't see a reason why one should stop to gamble except by using an approach to mitigate it's effects.
Easy to say but hard to do. But when the gambling we do only ends in losses and losses, and only has a bad impact on our lives in the sense of experiencing a fairly severe gambling addiction, then how can we be determined to end the gambling activity.
If this happens to us, then to be free from this addiction we must be able to be honest with ourselves that what we are doing is wrong and only harms ourselves, block all access related to gambling, delete all your casino accounts and block all gambling sites that you often visit. and if your environment or circle of friends only brings you back to gambling, then stay away. Fill your time with more positive things, try to find other pleasures that do not harm you. And finally, if you feel you need help from outsiders, don't hesitate to ask for help from others.
