It is obvious the site's domain names have been reported, same reason google has marked it potentially unsafe with a clue to their dirty actions on the space, the scammers are hungry ones too from my observation, else they would've properly added SSL cert to make it look real at least.

Again telegram is not a place to be trusted, so every deal there is just like a joke to me. The URL looks rather very disgusting to me, and would not even get my attention for a second.
