How do you know it hasn’t got an SSL/TLS certificate by just looking at the link? Or is there other means used to verify this?

It’s definitely one way to get anyone curious alright but, you also have to ask;
Why is this individual so concerned?
How did this individual got to know it was me in the picture? And
Why didn’t he just do a screenshot and send it to me if this individual is really sure?
I might get to ask in the evident that my curiosity just wouldn’t go away but, I’m not clicking that link.
