Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately I get absolutely no other error message, the withdrawal attempt is not displayed in my profile either. It is therefore probably a technical error or something similar.
In the meantime, I have opened a support ticket, the support team contacted me immediately and is already looking into the issue. These are top response times!
Oh now I get the point, that means your withdrawal option have been disabled, I think this is more a serious issue right now, and you need to communicate with the support for assistance, you should write email to support since you Said the online supports agents are AI or bots, try emailing them than way you direct human reply.
