It is a decent review.
One of the issues they mentioned was a lack of language support and if you look back just a few post betfury is add south America and will be supporting Spanish-speaking people in south America.
Not sure about Portuguese at betfury will you include Brazil and Portuguese?
Pretty cool if you add both Spanish and Portuguese
Now that they add LATAM base on their post provably they would pay attention on those suggestion for adding language support for Spanish speaking people.
I also guess that new thing they have been added is their response on that suggestion and maybe we can see more good updates towards this since they pay consideration to their players in South America.
