The arrival of a new coach will always create two opinions. There will be observers and fans who support, and of course, there will be those who reject. The premier league and the Bundesliga have different vibes and the competition in the Bundesliga is not same as the premier league so i feel that Eric Ten Hag will have a better coaching experience at Leverkusen, unlike the kind of experience he had when his was at Manchester United. What Ten Hag needs to do is to make sure he manages the new signings perfectly and fit them in their rightful positions. I know the players won't be difficult as United players who gave Ten Hag headaches before he was sacked but in Leverkusen, there are many players who are ready to listen and adhere to Ten Hag's pattern of coaching.
