Professing to stop gambling is not what we can say and expect to take effect as immediately, instead, it requires some procedures in which we may have to go through before things can be in order as we have expected of them, for no reason as well should a responsible gambler think of stopping, because gambling gives its own entertainment and there's much of fun in it than never, which I don't see a reason why one should stop to gamble except by using an approach to mitigate it's effects.
when it comes to quitting gambling, it is not something that you can quit easily, so the best thing you can do is to quit gradually by cutting the amount used gradually, but it's something that you will do gradually. but stopping at once will be very difficult. But at some point, everything is now looking difficult, especially when it is addictive and people want to win money, and this is why they have been placing bets to see if they will be lucky to make a win, so the best thing that can be done is for them to just but there self under observation so there is no way that everything is going to change is anyone is not ready to make changes. and there is a need for people to make sure they control there greed, most especially.
