@op I think someone talked about your review which were positive but they were review about a totally different service(translation )and not typically the wallet recovery services and I tried checking if you responded to the user but sincerely I didn’t see your response, so I have to bring up the question again and seek to know if the reviews were for the wallet recovery services or translation service?
Regardless of which messaging channel they want to have, but having a one on one live chat channel where one can talk to a customer representative without fear will be a great idea
I don't know if they have an active representative on this forum because some of the questions are yet to be given a befitting answer as they are rendering a very sensitive services that have money involved. Personally, I don't rely only on Trustpilot reviews even though they are a good starting point. Interacting with their representative here will be more interesting to me sine I can ask question and from their answer I will get the information I want to work with. Recovering wallets is a very big business because most of us use software wallets that are prone to a lot of issues that will require services like this, so a clear understanding on the nature of their business is good.
