I have the answer: Their ex-lawyer, together with them, was focused on fabricating evidence in terms of sales agreement (as discussed on that phone).

Stupidly enough, he didn't bother to "cover his tracks" by, at the very least, creating separate copy of that agreement and adding it in the appeal document, but rather wrote and added signatures directly onto it. Plus, provided us with original copy of that agreement.

Unfortunately for the greater public, I am still indecisive whether or not to disclose such proof, considering it has PI information. Criminal charges are just getting worse by day.
1.5M is a huge amount which is difficult to say whether they scammed or not. But as it is in court jurisdiction I think they will give perfect judgement and you and bc.game no one will be looser and both of you will be satisfied whether you become winner or loser on jurisdiction.

Problem at hand is they switched jurisdictions to avoid paying for something that's already validated, and now we're trying to force them in other jurisdictions (which is becoming increasingly difficult).

On another note, they completely ignore any attempts of even communicating with me or legal rep in Curacao and Cyprus, let alone try to resolve this outside or inside of the court...
