Your opinion is not wrong. Playing in the app gives much more better experience, then followed by playing in the browser. The gap that telegram bridges is in terms of convince. It is easier to play on telegram following preembeded prompts, you wouldn't do many scrolls.
Another reason is because many people are always on telegram for messaging, work related and numerous other reasons. So, it feels great to bet directly from telegram than minimizing, opening the tab and login in the casino.
With telegram, you won't be bothered about notifications or unsolicited newsletter as everything drops on telegram just like a normal message from a telegram user.
