I have read about something like this sometime before, I've not been a customer of keychainX before though but their reputation precedes them, I can't exactly answer question you might have, at least not to your satisfaction but I'm sure the keychainX administration or even the OP will eventually talk on all the questions here, it might take time though.
In addition to what @Zackz5000 mentioned, the administration should be in the greatest position to provide further insight, which I am sure will be lroned out soon. I'd say the company's record for successful recovery across various wallet kinds is always encouraging, and I believe their capabilities may be heavily reliant on their specialised system services and knowledge. I believe I should ask this question: how can they properly explain the methodology, costs, and estimated timeline?
