Our support bottom on the bottom right is clickable and allows you to message our 24/7 live support so we can quickly answer any questions our customers have. If you are saying it was not clickable for you then that is the first time we’ve heard of that, and we will definitely look into what could possibly be causing that.

You can see the arrow in green color pointing towards the live support option, which is the option I am talking about, and I have tried it again before replying to you now. I do not know where the fault is, as other options are clickable and viewable, and I have tried them all one after another to know if they are all functioning, and all of them are, but only the live support is not responding like the other options. Maybe I will keep trying to see if it will come up.

It works both with and without login, high possibility is that the issue is on your end.
Whether it is your browser or something else, so better to try with different browser or at least clear the cache of your current browser.
