I was rarely out and about in this part of BCT. Now that is changing.
After my start last week, my muscles were a little sore and as we always have a lot of work to do in the garden at the weekend (big projects coming up!) I had to take a break or use up my energy there.
But now it's time again and today's part is done:

Now I get and I can't advise to always give yourself that chance of doing the push up every morning or every evening because of the nature of your work, if you don't will affect you badly and you might even fall sick. But which ever way you feel can get at least 50 push up you can do it. Is not easy to donte kind of work you do and also add it up with a push up, some persons can but when your body starts giving you pains I think is best to take things easy, early morning you can do the push up and skip the next day depending on how busy you'd be at work.
