So today I was trying to visit blockchain.com and I encountered a phishing site.. I almost didn’t notice anything because I was on my mobile until I experienced the page scroll effect then I looked up to the address and found out I’m on
a phishing site https[:]//login.blokchain.co.com/auth/login
As you can see the block is “blok”& .co, it’s almost unnoticeable at just a glance and for sure your brain will obviously assume you’ve seen “block”

You would notice that the warning “check that the URL is correct” which is on the official site
https://login.blockchain.com/auth/login?product=wallet login & signup page is not there as well.
Therefore, always verify you’re on the official website, don’t just assume , verify to the last character of the URL..
It's good thing you noticed on time and made the appropriate decision to report it because sometimes by having a single glance on something we tend to assume we know about it already but sometimes we need to be extra careful when dealing with thing that relates to finance. Though other platforms do have their phishing site and the only way to get some level of immunity is when we remain careful and learn how these people operate. I like when threads like this pops up, because it helps keep us informed and the chances of being scammed from such websites is reduced.
