It's both an inspiration and a brain-buster for me as a younger person who still sometimes neglects my body and keeps myself stuck in poor fitness.
The 100-year-old grandmother could do a flank for up to 5 minutes, I was amazed and slapped that I was doing the same thing with a fairly far age comparison but the results were comparable.
Looks like I need to start getting used to it better and have to start pushing myself again so that my old life is not too troublesome for others at least for walking.
