I did check the rankings and Higa is ranked #3, Seiya Tsutsumi is the champion in recess that's why Donaire is the interim champion. However, this is pretty stack up weight class with all champions are Japanese, including Junto Nakatani. So I'm not sure how Donaire will survived this division as his age. We also have the younger brother of Naoya almost rank in all divisions. What I concern the most if the fight will be on their country. That is the main problem. With his belt, he has the say on this, he should never allow to make the fight in Japan.
