Verified. But, since you're posting this because of a "changed hands accusation", this doesn't prove much. The address holds no balance, and if the account was sold, the private key to this address (posted in 2018) could have been sold with it. If the address was funded, that means both the account seller and buyer have access, which is a huge risk if the account changed hands.
