Elon also does shit like Doge, so I don't give a shit about what he thinks. He can save it for his fake account on Steam or whatever. Politics still needs to be won with old school tactics and old money.
And until one of the Bitcoin whales becomes a true politician, we wont see anything useful related to Bitcoin come down with this.
He's free to say anything he wants to say there and that's even how his bout started with Trump due to his tweets.
