The company aims to accumulate 10,000 Bitcoins within the next two years, a tenfold increase from its previous target. This bold plan underscores Genius Group’s desire to leverage its cryptocurrency assets actively. The group plans to raise funds through a $1.1 billion share sale agreement, facilitated by H.C. Wainwright & Co. Additional financial sources will include operational revenues, preferred shares, and convertible bonds.
