As for the amount Celsius is suing for - not gonna happen. IF a judge even allows the lawsuit to proceed standard rule of law is for fiat value at the time an event occurred.
After liquidation of the loan collateral by Tether, the fiat value at that time was used to recoup their $812m loan and the excess was returned to Celsius, so i don't think they will have any case at all if we are talking about the fait value at the time of the event, no?

I believe that is why they base their case on unfair liquidation before the 10-hour notice and they are suing for the fiat value of the loan collateral as of today's price. They also tried to include claims of the 'British Virgin Islands' duty of good faith and fair dealings', but the court was having none of that.
