Gamblers must have control because they'll be in trouble if they don't. Like many gamblers who're addicted they began playing for fun before it's taken over. If they don't have control they'll suffer & force their family to suffer they've got to be careful.
There is nothing wrong with control. I think that if players controlled their actions in gambling more, it would save them a lot of money. I never associate any excitement with control, because excitement comes to us during wins, and control is needed when we face unpleasant moments in gambling, like losses or even losing streaks. Control is discipline, and without it, the game will be chaotic for us, which means unprofitable.
