If no, why haven't they done that yet? It's stated in the site that it's the oldest company of it's kind and coupled with the kind of skill the founders claim to have, i think it's supposed to be well recognised in the forum.
First of all, concerning their prove of work done successfully, I don't think that only one testimony is enough to buy the minds of the general public about their level of competency and trust, because we are in a digital space where so many things are happening every day, and Investors are very careful on who they share vital information with, so before they will want to open up, they will need to be convinced that they are safe and their details will not get into the hands any third party, and they also needs to be convinced that they are the right people for the job, that's aside.
Then as for the case of marketing, I believe that if they are truly as big as they claimed, they should know better that marketing is much of a key to sell a service or a product, especially when they are not well known by many, so all that you said about signature campaign and other form of marketing are actually true.
