Please correct me dude if I'm wrong about the golden visa, Because in my idea it provides benefits in terms of long-term residency 5 to 10 years really, right? And aside from this matter,
golden visa holders can also stay outside the UAE, I'm just not sure how long, maybe 4 to 7 months if I am not mistaken.
There are so many benefits that can be availed when you really have this, I can't imagine that you can travel for free, right? Besides the business opportunities. Then there are also discounts available from the businesses in the UAE, that's the beauty of the Golden visa.
I'm not sure if I understood the second part correctly? but if I did, no obviously you're not going to be able to travel for free, not even if you had citizenship and that applies to all countries. The cost you pay to travel is for the airlines, not the goverment of UAE (or any other country).
An update regarding this matter:
The TON Foundation stated that this program resulted from an independent collaboration with a licensed partner, explaining that the UAE government had no direct involvement. “Application alone does not guarantee visa issuance,” the foundation emphasized, following the denials of involvement from government institutions regarding this initiative.
