I think I get what you’re saying and in general perspective when the whole team are a on same page and are actually playing collectively it is usually hard to actually spot one player who is not good in the team because the overall brilliance actually makes everyone on the team to be seen as good players. But this doesn’t takes the fact away that a team needs that top player who is usually better than all the other players in terms of quality, because there are periods in games where even the pattern of the manager wouldn’t helping the team it will be the individual brilliance of this exceptional player that will come to play.

In every of the big winning clubs that I have seen there is always this caliber of player in the team, they are usually nightmare to other clubs, Real Madrid at a time had Ronaldo, Barcelona had Messi, Liverpool had Salah or Gerrard as difference maker. Real Madrid also at later stages had Benzema who was there with the goals. There is also goalkeepers that can win games for their team from been too good in a game. All this players are important but overall in this teams it was not always individuals and the individuals weren’t egotistical or selfish. So Arsenal seriously needs to have this player and then overall a very good squad depth
