I know this topic has something to do with a senator from the Philippines who wants to ban gambling. If the Philippines wants to reduce gambling addiction, they need to approach this like how they approached the anti-smoking campaign. From what I have read, the messaging they have pushed very hard about no smoking has had a very positive result.
