What kind of wallet can be retrieved and how can it be done when the seed phrases are not completed as a result of water damage to the dairy where the seed phrases were writen. Can wallet.aes.dat be recovered when the seed phrase is lost or can not be remembed?
I have been seeing people claiming to retrieve lost wallets with large funds in them without a clear  explanation on how that can be possible.
