I agree with you because many investors didn't even have this in mind that, what if preventualy the dip doesn't happen or comes what should be the faith of those investors that are yet to buy aggressively all in the name of waiting for the happen, it is buying and accumulating your Bitcoin investments with DCA strategy, that always gives you the assurance of not losing all you invested on.

Do you think someone who buys Bitcoin aggressively can lose all their capital? If a person is invested in Bitcoin for a long time and has an emergency fund and if he buys Bitcoin aggressively with his discretionary income, I don't think he has a chance of losing his capital, rather he can enrich his Bitcoin portfolio by buying aggressively.
Whether a person buys aggressively and in whatever way he buys, if the money for the Bitcoin he buys comes from discretionary income, it always seems safe to me.
If it comes to investing, and if it's in Bitcoin and you have a reasonable income, then your advice for people is to buy, buy, buy and take care of it, without worrying about losing your capital.
Making provision for emergency funds and/or back up funds is paramount for any investor who aims at long-term holding. Also, discretionary income is the best source of bitcoin investment funds. So successful investors are the ones that already made plans for their emergency funds and have also understood that it's not all about aggressive buys since most of them leads someone into investing beyond his capacity. Any one who is disciplined to his DCA approach could end up better than someone who continuously buys aggressively. No doubt that an aggressive buyer would always have more bitcoin in his wallet but it's security is not also guaranteed. A little wave of nature could hamper holding and leads to premature sales and possible Selling at a loss.
