Gadget recovery online is a bit technical a lot of times people really don't put in all trust when it has to do with the online space but however if recovery can be guaranteed then it would be a thumbs up
My concern hower is how do keychainX intend to make this process transparent for the users to be able to find it interesting and useable. And how can the safety of sensitive informations sent out be assured.
I think I really like the fact that you made mention of the importance of transparency and security in online gadget recovery services like KeychainX. I really think prioritising transparency and security, KeychainX can establish trust with potential clients and demonstrate its commitment to protecting sensitive information. What I really don't know is how a client can get detailed information on how recovery works, including steps taken to protect sensitive information. Can KeychainX really build this stronger trust for their clients to consider?
I understand that their service is a very unique one but I’m surprised as to why they haven’t gotten the required trust and publicity for this long they have been running their service when when there have been several news and stories of people losing access to their wallet.
Secondly, the issue of transparency for a service like this can’t be over emphasized and as such, the keychainX team needs to work more on their transparency and reputation because if they’re reputable enough, people wouldn’t have to question their integrity.
To be honest, I'm curious if, despite their unique service, I still believe they have not received the expected level of trust from their users. Sorry, the path you mentioned their users losing access to their personal wallets, which raised red flags. In addition to what you said, I believe that if KeychainX improves transparency in order to build trust and demonstrate their intention and integrity, this could be an asset to their company.
