Chelsea could have gone for him if only he agreed to lower his wages but I won't like him doing that because he's worthy of every penny that he asked for. The guy has proven himself in different leagues and won titles there too. I don't understand why other top European clubs aren't fighting for his signature. If at last he decides to stay with Galatasaray and the deal goes through, I wish him luck because I haven't seen a top striker be this unfortunate in the transfer window.
