I dont know how they are able to do this, the thing about this era is that trust is hard to earn, especially when huge amount is involved. Most persons are ready to let the bitcoins go, instead of someone getting access to it later and take away the funds. It's not easy handling over a wallet with big stash of crypto, such things still exist, I will be surprised.
