One thing you shouldn't forget is that Bitcoin is a long-term investment. I'm not saying you can't make a profit in the short term, but for the best part, you have to leave it long term. I don't know when you bought your bitcoin, but looking at the price from the last 3 months till now, you're definitely not at a loss.

When you know that bitcoin is a long-term investment, then you won't bother much about the day-to-day price. I understand why you're worried, but if you're worried in a time like now, where bitcoin is in a bull season, what would you do in a bear market?
Three months ago, bitcoin was in the $80k region, if I'm not mistaken, today it's around $108k. So I don't see why you're panicking.
