Each body's different, and the initial conditions do matter. I've got a system that works for me with beer. Using the system, I'm guaranteed never to get really drunk. I can bend the rules a little and still be mostly OK, but I know I've bent them. The system can be adjusted for other beverages like wine or sake, but it can't be extended to spirits, not even the weaker ones.
cant do beer or wine due to the sugar/carbs..
but a shot of hard liquor here and there chased with plain seltzer works a charm.
