Doesn't really answer your question, but first thing is that quantum achievements at the level of cracking P2PK addresses would have far more valuable, and obvious targets before it ever got to the point of coming for Satoshi addresses. Or put another way, though you're thinking "how will Quantum impact BTC"... you should instead be much more worried about "how Quantum will impact the world" because that second question will hit way sooner, and truly be your canary.
That said, you're right lots of discussions have come on this topic. My maybe not so popular opinion is that when the day comes that quantum resistance is required for the BTC network, there will likely be a window of adoption that will be broadcast widely. It'll be common knowledge, if you don't adopt (move) to a quantum reslient address by (insert some date here) then you are agreeing for the network to lock down (burn, what have you) the BTC at the addresses that don't adopt by said date.
This is just one of many potential ways to address this. It's probably not the best. The network will decide, what is best... running a node is your way to vote.
