When Ruben Amorim became Manchester United head coach, I thought he would help Garnacho become a better player at Manchester United, but I was surprised with the way Ruben Amorim treated Garnacho as if he's the main problem why Manchester United isn't playing well. Manchester United have only signed one player so far since the transfer window opened, so Ruben Amorim should build a good relationship with Manchester United players to get the best out of them next season.
I think every coach has his own way of thinking and I respect that, It's something we always see as very authoritarian, but lately every coach who comes into the MU makes impressive changes, treats players badly and kicks them out the back door It's a bad habit that everyone is picking up, It shouldn't be like this For me, Garnacho is a player who can help any team move forward if they know how to take advantage of it.
A coach will use his way to train his team so we may see differences between one another. But they will have the same purpose to do that, win every match. We could say that one coach does not care or treat one player but he may give another train to that player just because he sees the other potential in that player. He will use the other way to train that player to improve his performance. We don't know what exactly he wants to do because we don't see the daily things he did.
