You can have more options and flexibility with exchanges and casinos but if you don't revoke your US citizenship, you will still have submit your tax report and fulfill your tax responsibililty with the USA government, if I understand about tax system right.

Under President Nayib Bukele, El Salvador has changed and become a very safe nation as well as very friendly with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It can be your good choice temporarily as things can change in El Salvador in future, and I am unsure about their national regulation on casinos.
