From the title of the topic it says solution to gambling or is it supposed to be gambling addiction? gambling itself doesn't require a solution because it's something that's normal and accepted by a lot of people but gambling addiction on the other hand is what needs solution.The best way to stop this crazy addiction is by changing the idea about gambling, your mindset is very important and it's a tool for change
Based on what OP has written, I think he meant that people thinks that gambling needs a solution or that gambling is the problem meanwhile people that decided to he addicted are the problem and should be responsible for it.
Based on the question he asked, "If there are those that are able to manage their behavior around gambling and have no problem, why should we see gambling to be a problem other than ourselves to problems with our behavior towards the gambling?" That's to say, some gamblers and non gamblers are blaming gambling even when they know that individuals should be responsible and accountable for their own actions.
