The question here is how do you relieve your excitement? Do you continue to play or do you stop there? The particular habit I observe in gamblers, professional or amateur, is that they are concerned about winning but do not feel the need to relieve their excitement. They are prepared to lose money and in the same way, they avoid limitations in order to earn money from gambling.
I feel excitement every time when I lose or keep winning. Do you also feel excitement when you win or when you lose?
I've heard of many stories about how an over excitement in gambling would cause an individual a lot of physical damage especially health. Yes we are meant to be happy after we make good wins, but don't let your wins to carry you away just too much. Our emotions during wins or loss might make us take decisions that aren't supposed to exist. Those kind of actions would make us loss alot even when we make wins. Imagine someone winning a huge amount and gets excited and feels that he may be able to pull of another stunt if he go all in again and then he unfortunately losses all the money that he won back to the casino...
