I don't think Bangladeshi players are ashamed. They are consistently performing poorly. But they never admit their faults . They will talk about the pitch conditions in the media, they will also say that the opponent played well, but they will never admit that they performed poorly.
Bangladesh lost the first match by 77 runs and the third match by a huge margin of 99 runs. And in both matches we have seen bad performances from the batsmen. It is not known when this situation will improve.
I would say bangladesh needs an experienced mentor. Despite being talented, the players in the squad are not able to do well. The players are very weak mentally . They lack confidence.

Don't know if it was Shakib or Mushi babu but one time I heard him saying that we are here for sightseeing/tourist and not for winning the tournament ( t-20 wc). So won't be surprised if someone else also repeating the more or less same line.
