It's not totally a game of luck, my friend, Experienced gamblers definitely have judgment and are more likely to win. You can't expect the same kind of action from experienced gamblers and newbies. I mean new gamblers are more likely to lose due to their limited decision. Experienced gamblers are more likely to be mature in their decision making and win even though luck plays a big role in their winnings. I disagree with your idea that gambling as a form of entertainment leads to addiction. I think gambling for profit is more likely to become addictive.
Gambling is easier to control for entertainment, because you are primarily attributing to this with a right attitude. If I don’t have a goal to make a lot of money here, then I will not risk large bets, everything is simple. I don’t have a desire to make many bets or often play, everything remains within the rational and never my expenses I do not exceed predetermined values. I think that if I set a goal to earn money from gambling, I would have to risk it more, and play more often, I am no longer very comfortable from this thought.
