Yesterday we had a match between Scotland and Netherlands in ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Region Final. That was a close match where Scotland won by 6 runs. They scored 148 runs batting first. Expect for the opener George Munsey , who was out without making any runs, the rest of the top order players had a good play. Ollie Hairs made 52 and others also contributed and they made a score that they were able to defend.
This tournament has just started where we have four or five matches played till now. Teams need to win their matches in order to be in the comfortable position.
I am very happy that Scotland team has made a good comeback and win against Netherlands team. In this, their bowler had put pressure and kept stopping runs till the end due to which they were very close to losing but they achieved the victory. That is why if they had increased the runs in their batting, they could have looked even more impressive. If this player had played well, the target could have been even better but the other players had made the target quite well with a good struggle.
There will be even more good performance in this and I think that the teams that have won one match each should not upset their balance but rather work harder and achieve a good position, which will benefit them greatly.
