Anything from NK is malicious, I cant understand how the NK people who cant access the internet are accessing that site since it seems to be propagating news about NK, I guess the site is made to be viewed by non-NK people.

Either way, gambling bans dont work, in fact any sort of ban never works. Government if cunning enough will impose taxes on the casinos and not ban them - so the casino does not lose traffic and the government also raises funds.

If a country is strict, its people will be that effective in circumventing that strictness that other country people will fall short of skills. Similar analogy can be found in strict parents and their children.
