Do you agree that Arsenal might likely end in second position again this season?

I think last season Arteta has learned. But it was difficult to compete for 2 last season. It's always the same and it seems Arteta can't fix it. I don't understand the problem in detail but for year 3 anything is possible. Better, the same, or even worse. Last season some teams made improvements and shifted some top 5 spots.  This year's season might be the same with many new surprises that are hard to predict.  This season Arsenal have bought Kepa, Zubimendi, and most recently striker Viktor Gyokeres. So I think they have tried to improve from the player factor.
Over the past three seasons, Arsenal's weakness has been the lack of a goal-hungry striker. Furthermore, when key players are injured, the squad struggles to maintain consistency. This is what has led to their continued second-place finishes.

For next season, I believe Arteta has learned a lot from his mistakes and weaknesses over the past few years. This shows that Arsenal is very serious about selecting the players they will buy. Therefore, I believe Arsenal will be better this season than last. This is evident from the impact of the player transfer market, which is tailored to the team's needs. My current prediction is that Arsenal has an 80% chance of winning the Premier League title next season. But to improve further, we'll see in the opening match of the Premier League to see whether the new players who join Arsenal adapt quickly, or whether they will be the opposite.
