I think these kind of pm is only flying to the inbox of newbies, because people that is up to two years in the forum they will be scared to send such kind of pm, and newbies have to be careful and expose some messages they received privately so they will save other newbies not to be victim, I acknowledge your effort to expose this user.
The user oletiteb was banned a few days ago.
It's nice as this user "oletiteb" is been ban, because without taking a drastic action on them, they will multiply and ruined the forum.
